NAN
So in one of the custom apps a consultant coded up for us there were issues with NAN (Not A Number). It was totally related to IEEE 754 floating point spec/white paper. I think we read about that in college.
Who knew this NAN stuff would actually come up in my job? I figured it was more cutting edge applications / research…what a twist!
Somewhere one of my college professors is doing the villain laugh.
